If you have Health Insurance, please keep in mind that your insurance may already provide telehealth / telemedicine at either FREE or reduced cost to you. If this is the case, please check with your Health Insurance provider for more information.
We want to help ensure that you do not overpay for telemedicine services. If you are under an Employer Insurance Plan, your Employer may already provide telemedicine services to you as part of a group. Please check with your Employer’s Benefits Department for more information prior to booking an appointment with Health Pals. It is your responsibility to determine if you may have telehealth services covered through a company other than Health Pals.
